As a Physical person in order to open an account you shall submit an application for opening an account to citizens (download from the list Form for opening an account for physical persons) and a copy of a document entitling ownership of the property. In case of legal representation you need to carry a copy of a notarized power of attorney. For new buildings you need to carry a copy of the construction permit.
Tenants have to submit an application for opening an account to citizens (download from the list Form for opening an account for physical persons), a copy of the rental agreement and Declaration of agreement under Article 21, paragraph 3 from here.
If you are a Legal entity the required documents which should be presented for a new account are an application for opening an account for companies citizens (download from the list Form for opening an account for legal entities), a copy of a document entitling ownership of the property, a copy of the construction permit and a copy of a certificate of good standing.
In case of branching, in which several customers use one water meter, an agreement of understanding is signed under Article 24, paragraph 1of GT (download from the list of forms) with water supplier for the provision of water services.
